We've been here since 1999, so if you have a UK vacuum cleaner we will have the bags you need for it.
Returns
In the unlikely event there is a problem with the bags you buy you can return them to the address
here and we will refund the order.
Taxes and VAT
VAT is determined by where the bags are posted to.
Those sent beyond the EU or to the Channel Islands
or the Isle of Man pay no VAT.
Those sent within the EU are charged VAT at 20%.
Note: VAT is also charged at 20% on postage. Sorry but that's the law!
Postage
You don't pay anything for
'handling' and you pay only what it costs to mail the goods to you.
UK first class mail is included in the quoted prices, but you can choose second class at the checkout.
Overseas orders are sent by airmail.
(This costs more than UK mail, but outside the EU there is no VAT, so it ends up about the same as posting to the UK.)
Delivery Times
Your order goes out right away. You should receive your bags in one or two days.
Airmail within the EU takes about a week.
Beyond that airmail can take a week to as much as 3 weeks. It seems to depend on which country the parcel is going rather than the actual distance.
For example to Australia takes only a week, but to Singapore requires 3 weeks, even though it's a lot closer!
Out of stock items.
If an item is out of stock it will still be listed on the website and you can back order it. We'll send it to you when they come in to the warehouse.

Credit Cards
All credit card processing is outsourced to WorldPay and PayPal.
They accept payment on my behalf and don't pass on your credit card details to anyone - not even me.
Privacy
We won't pass on any details about you.
I have to confess that this pledge is rather making a vitue of a
neccessity: it is against EU law for me to do so.
